1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and cebaji ("cebaji", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the cebaji website located at https://cebaji.net, including all games, betting services, promotions, payment functions, and any other features offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing registration on the cebaji Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

cebaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated whenever material changes are made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

cebaji operates under international offshore licensing. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment and recreational gambling purposes. cebaji does not represent that the services offered are lawful in every jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is legal in their country or region of residence before registering an account.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the cebaji Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. cebaji strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under the age of 18. This restriction is absolute and admits of no exceptions.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of cebaji, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion programme, voluntary ban, or court order that prohibits you from participating in gambling activities.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or court order in your jurisdiction of residence.

cebaji conducts age and identity verification checks at various points in the player journey, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, and at any time when cebaji has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is held by a person who does not satisfy these eligibility requirements. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, or other supporting documentation as specified by cebaji's compliance team.

Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be closed immediately. All deposits made by an underage player will be returned, and any winnings accumulated during the period of underage play will be forfeited in full. cebaji recommends that parents and guardians install parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. 3 Account Registration

Each eligible individual may open and maintain one (1) cebaji account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where cebaji identifies that a player holds more than one account, cebaji reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, merge balances, void any bonuses awarded across those accounts, and withhold any winnings generated while duplicate accounts were active.

When registering a cebaji account you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any remaining balance.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cebaji login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to notify cebaji support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. cebaji will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

cebaji reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where cebaji has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise prohibited conduct.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

cebaji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers from select Bangladeshi financial institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard are also accepted for deposits.

The following financial limits apply across the cebaji Platform:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: As specified in the player's account dashboard at the time of request.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to applicable payment method limits and cebaji's internal risk thresholds, which may be updated periodically.

Deposits credited to a cebaji account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request may be submitted, unless cebaji expressly waives this requirement in writing. This rule exists to prevent the use of the cebaji Platform as a money transfer or currency exchange service.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. cebaji reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal, including but not limited to a copy of the player's national identity card, passport, or bKash/Nagad account confirmation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.

cebaji does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. Where a payment service provider applies its own transaction charges, those costs are absorbed by cebaji. Processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically credit within a few hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals arrive within one to three Bangladeshi working days.

cebaji reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal and return funds to a player's account balance if the withdrawal request has not yet been processed by the relevant payment provider. cebaji is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers, banking institutions, or network outages.

5 Bonus & Promotions

cebaji may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players ("Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms and are incorporated herein by reference.

Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all Promotions offered by cebaji:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed identity verification and are in good standing with cebaji.
• Each Promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per shared IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's individual terms. Until the wagering requirement is met in full, bonus funds and related winnings may not be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or none at all, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• cebaji reserves the right to set maximum bet limits during active bonus play. Bets exceeding the specified maximum while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.
• Bonuses expire after the period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the player's account automatically.
• cebaji reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already in progress will be honoured under the terms at the time of activation.
• cebaji will not apply a bonus to a deposit if the player does not opt in to the promotion at the time of the qualifying deposit, where opt-in is required by the promotion mechanics.

Abuse of any cebaji Promotion — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, matched betting using cebaji bonus funds, systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. cebaji reserves the right to withhold and void all bonuses, winnings, and balances associated with abusive bonus activity and to close the relevant accounts.

6 User Obligations

As a registered player on the cebaji Platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will not access the Platform using automated tools, bots, scripts, scrapers, crawlers, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human input.
• You will not attempt to gain any unfair or unlawful advantage over cebaji or other players, including through collusion, chip dumping, insider information, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• You will not engage in any money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud-related activity using the cebaji Platform or any of its payment channels.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any component of the cebaji Platform, including its games, software, or security infrastructure.
• You will not upload, transmit, or distribute any malicious code, virus, or disruptive content via the Platform.
• You will not impersonate any cebaji employee, support agent, moderator, or other user.
• You will keep your registration details accurate and up to date, notifying cebaji of any changes to your personal information promptly.
• You will gamble responsibly and make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your cebaji account dashboard if you feel that your gambling is becoming difficult to control.

Any breach of these obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your cebaji account, forfeiture of your account balance, and referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

cebaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Failure to pass identity, age, or payment verification checks within the timeframe specified by cebaji.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of any cebaji Promotion.
• Use of the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward cebaji staff or other players.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Player request for voluntary self-exclusion under the cebaji Responsible Gaming programme.

Where an account is closed by cebaji due to a breach of these Terms, cebaji reserves the right to retain any outstanding balance to the extent necessary to cover losses, costs, or damages arising from the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's request, or due to circumstances not attributable to a player breach, any verified balance will be returned to the player via the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completion of applicable verification checks.

Players who wish to close their cebaji account voluntarily may do so by contacting cebaji support at [email protected]. The account closure request will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Pending withdrawal requests will be honoured subject to the standard verification process.

8 Limitation of Liability

The cebaji Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cebaji disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

cebaji does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. cebaji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from planned or unplanned maintenance downtime, system outages, or telecommunications failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cebaji's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their cebaji account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall cebaji be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if cebaji has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude cebaji's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Online gambling carries inherent financial risk. By using the cebaji Platform, you acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit, and that cebaji bears no responsibility for gambling losses incurred in the normal course of play on a fair and certified platform.
